Perfect Peace

Perfect Peace

I have been praying this week for God to reveal to me in His word what He would have me to speak to today. I believe it is about His Peace. The wonderful and blessed peace of God. The scripture as we know and read that tells us of a peace that passes all our understanding. We cannot comprehend the magnitude of the Peace that God bestows upon us during difficult times. It is rest, solace, comfort, easy to receive. God knows your feelings, your broken heart, when you’re sick and not feeling well, when your weakened from life’s trials and tests and your faith is shaken but not destroyed, when Satan and all his attacks are leveled against you, there is Perfect Peace in our Lord Jesus Christ. Why? Because He is the Prince of Peace (Isaiah 9: 6). Peace doesn’t come from a stone, candles burning, and it most assuredly doesn’t come from sitting in “Om” position or chanting a mantra. This is Divine Peace, and one only which God can give you through a relationship with Him. Faith in Jesus Christ alone and trusting Him in everything that’s a part of your life or in your life.

In June of 2008, my dad gave me a Bible for Father’s Day. Just inside the front cover of Bible’s is a place where you can place the name of whom you’re giving the Bible to, who it’s from, the occasion, and the date it was given. I gladly accepted this precious gift for two reasons. One it’s the Word of God and secondly it was from my dad. Fourteen years now this Bible has been in my possession. Out of all the things I own nothing is more valuable than this Bible my dad gave me. He wrote at the bottom my Bible, underneath the date, a special scripture to me, and it’s found in Isaiah 26: 3, the one you see below. I have read books, chapters, and versus from this Bible. I have carried it to church, travelling, and always kept in on my nightstand wherever I went. Before my Bible studies, my one-on-one time with the Lord, I am in prayer for my entire family, friends, and for those that are going through any situation. Last year my dad became extremely ill, he had Covid-19. It was right then I opened my Bible to the page where he wrote this scripture below for me and I laid my hands on those words and cried and wept for my dad’s healing and for the Peace of God to enter and heal him, and for all my family. I know without any doubt the Lord heard my prayer and I through Faith believing God restored my family to full health and prosperity.

Using Strong’s Concordance, I broke the verse of Isaiah 26: 3 down so you could see the meaning of this Promise. My friends, Faith, God’s divine providence, and Perfect Peace are combined from God in whatever it is you’re going through. I know this to be true of myself personally from battling stage four cancer by obtaining this victory through the blood of Jesus Christ. Friends, I have and am still experiencing the Love of my Father in Heaven and His Perfect Peace. Brothers and Sisters in Christ join me today in prayer for everyone who needs a touch from God and searching for that Perfect Peace. God Bless each of you today. May the Lord keep and direct your paths all your days. We lift up our voices and raise our hands to Praise you Lord. Amen and Amen.
